1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project at any stage by notifying Silvergrey.in in writing (via email to [support@silvergrey.in]).

If cancellation occurs before project commencement, the client will receive a full refund of any advance payment, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., third-party licenses, specialized resources).

If cancellation occurs after development has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on work completed, and a cancellation fee (up to 30% of the remaining contract value) may apply.

1.2 Cancellation by Silvergrey.in

We reserve the right to cancel a project due to:

Non-payment or payment delays.

Client-provided requirements being incomplete, unclear, or unfeasible.

Violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases, clients will be notified in writing and refunded for any unused services.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

Project non-delivery: If Silvergrey.in fails to initiate or complete the project as per the agreed timeline (subject to force majeure clauses).

Major deviations from scope: If deliverables do not match the agreed specifications (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

Duplicate payments or billing errors.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

No refunds will be issued for:

Completed work or milestones accepted by the client.

Services like consulting, strategy sessions, or audits once rendered.

Third-party expenses (e.g., domain purchases, API licenses).

2.3 Refund Process

Submit a refund request via email to [support@silvergrey.in] within 14 days of the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Subscription & Retainer Plans

Monthly retainers can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice.

No refunds for partial months used.

One-time setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation under [Indian Arbitration Law/other applicable law].

5. Policy Updates

Silvergrey.in reserves the right to modify this policy. Clients will be notified via email or website announcements.
